All courses are taught by fully qualified teachers of the Bright Path Ishayas’ Ascension techniques. They are all experience in teaching meditation for beginners and experienced meditators alike.

This method offers an effective, simple and enjoyable path to experience more of life. No belief is required.

Classes and retreats are held throughout the UK and Ireland, but if you can’t find something near you then please let us know. and we’ll see what we can do. You may even want to help create a talk or class in your area – if so, contact us and together we can make it happen.

 

Our meditation techniques, although ancient, are perfect for the busy modern mind. They can be practised sitting comfortably in a chair with your eyes closed, and, perhaps uniquely among meditative practices, can also be used with eyes-open as you are engaged in your daily activities.

This helps you maintain a more positive, peaceful and creative attitude as you go about your day.
